So, how to write emails in English quicker? And how to write emails in English easier? Email us your ideas or write in the comments section.  You can watch our short 3 minute video lesson and/or read the blog post below.

?? In the short video I explain 5 simple techniques from our training to help you:

✅ CSC check list (are you emails clear, simple and concise?)

✅ 20 x 3/4 RULE (write sentences with less than 20 words and paragraphs with only 3 or 4 lines.

✅ Friendly first, then go to objective (asking people how they are, being friendly and taking an interest in them makes people more willing to help you, then you can go to what action is needed)

✅ One action per email (make it really easy for people to find the one action in your email they need to do – e.g. subject line and bold the action in the email).

✅ Your English voice – your voice, ideas and thoughts all help to make you unique and are part of your ‘personal branding’. So be yourself and stop using robotic sounding phrases.
