Here is an example ’10 Minute English Habit’ to help you.

English Coaching Tip: 10 Minute English Habit (speaking).

?? Try this 10 Minute English Habit (speaking).

✅ Series Summary – give a quick 3 minute summary in English of an episode from a series you are watching (e.g Ted Lasso, Vikings, Succession) (3 minute maximum time limit)

✅ 1st practice speaking – audio record yourself speaking.

✅ 1st listen & feedback – listen and think about what you did well (two things) and need to improve (two things) in your quick 3 minute summary in English.

✅ 2nd practice speaking – same as 1st practice, audio record yourself speaking.

✅ 2nd listen & feedback – listen and think about what you did well (two things) and need to improve (two things) in your quick 3 minute summary in English.
